Atkins this, low carb that! Every place now has a low carb option. Chilis, Subway, Carls Jr, etc... In-N-Out was one of the first establishments to offer a low carb option through the protein burger. My good friend Haig has become an Atkins follower, here is his praise for In-N-Out. For those of you who don't believe in Atkins, read on, the proof is in the pudding!

Dear In-N-Out,

I have been a happy customer for many years now. I have dined at your fine restaurants many times throughout my life. I just recently graduated from UCLA, which has an In-N-Out restaurant conveniently located near campus. My college years caused me to gain a few extra pounds the last couple of years. I decided to change my life and drop the extra pounds. I weighed 222 pounds and had a weight loss goal of 27 pounds to get to 195. I decided to switch to a low-carb diet and I am pleased to announce that I currently weigh 203 pounds and I have only eight more pounds to go.
The reason I am writing to you is because the delicious In-N-Out protein wrapped burgers have been an instrumental part of my weight loss. I began my diet two months ago when I began eating the In-N-Out protein wrapped burgers. In fact, I eat two In-N-Out double-double burgers, protein style with grilled onions for lunch four times a week! I know that In-N-Out was the first restaurant to provide the option of protein-style hamburgers and I could not be more thankful for your innovative style of providing quality hamburgers to the masses. The fact that your restaurants provide a tasty, low-carb alternative made all the difference in my attempts to lose weight. I am confident that I will reach my weight loss goal within a few weeks and it is all thanks to In-N-Out restaurants!
